Since its establishment, IAS has assisted more than 100,000 students on various educational opportunities globally.

Twinning & Accelerated Graduate Programs

The "Twinning and Accelerated Graduate Programs" approach is a major innovation in higher education in India . "Twinning" allows a foreign partner institution to offer the first half of their university degree programs by replicating segments of the curricula. Courses offered in India are clones of the university courses, using identical syllabi, titles, numbers, texts, teaching formats, and evaluation standards as their on-campus model. In effect, participants can complete their freshman and sophomore years without leaving their home country. One of the major benefits of Twinning Programs for International students is the significant financial savings they receive by completing much of the required study in their home country.

Twinning and accelerated graduate programs have proved to be a "win-win" arrangement. They guarantee a steady stream of well-prepared students who have been instructed entirely in English and are ready to begin their major sequences as juniors. Families of the University-bound students save forty percent or more of the cost of an overseas degree. Keeping this in view, we are actively considering global collaborations/partnerships with reputed and leading universities in offering their programs through our campus.

IAS is the pioneer in "Twinning & Accelerated graduate programs." Adhering to it's stated goal of being student-centered, focused on student learning and international exposure, IAS has colloborated with Gannon University for expansion of it's "Twinning & Accelerated Graduate Programs" in India (Gannon University is ranked 45th out of 165 peer schools in the new edition of U.S News & World Reports "America 's Best Colleges 2005"). IAS is also entering several partnerships with Indian Universities, Engineering and technical colleges.

Changes to UK Student Visa Tier 4 of the points-based system.

The UK Border Agency is making a series of important changes to the student visa - Tier 4 of the points-based system.

A Tier 4 (General) student who will be studying a course that is below degree level (except a Foundation Degree or an English language course), should be competent in English language at a minimum of level B1 on the CEFR in all four components (reading, writing, speaking and listening). To prove the English Language Competency, students should take an English language test with an approved test provider.
